Arquam is a Chartered Accountant (India) by profession and has over 20 years of experience in the fields of finance, banking, auditing, and accounting. He began his career with KPMG in the Audit & Assurance practice and subsequently held senior roles at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) for 15 years and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) for 3 years. 

He has gained extensive experience in CFO services, business strategy and planning, finance transformation and automation, data analytics, financial
control and reporting, portfolio management, budgeting and forecasting, balanced scorecards (BSC), key performance indicators (KPIs), banking and
treasury products, liquidity management, and financial modeling.
