Nesar is a Chartered Accountant (India) by profession and has over 16 years of experience in consulting. Prior to establishing his own
consulting practice, he was an Associate Director with PwC. He was earlier also worked with Deloitte for 8 years.
He has got significant experience working in audit & assurance services, risk advisory, accounting advisory and regulatory compliance. He
was part of the Ind AS Advisory team at Deloitte and Capital Market advisory team in PwC.
He has served clients of all sizes from large listed companies to unlisted SMEs across industry sectors.
A few major clients he served in his previous roles include DP World, Vodafone, Constantia Flexible India, Haldia Petrochemical, West Bengal
State Electricity, Odisha Power Transmission, UCO Bank, United Bank of India, among others.
